Cruise holidays are back with a bang and TUI’s Marella Cruises are causing a buzz of excitement among holidaymakers with their brilliant cheap cruise deals and types, from adventure-filled cruises to luxury cruises to far-flung locations. Like the fleet as a whole, the ship is billed all-inclusive (in that alcohol and tips are included), and you'll find buckets full of cold beer outside the theatre and on the deck, as well as beer and wine dispensers in the buffet. However, should you wish a more "premium" experience, there is a number of excellent restaurants that carry a cover charge. Interiors are vivid and colourful with standout features including the humongous spa (a lush legacy of its German heritage). Voyager’s line-up of main and speciality dining venues includes established favourites from its sister ships, plus new options such as Mexican diner Abuela’s and gourmet spot Silver Fork serving British favourites with a modern twist.

Decks 5 through to 7 contain most of the entertainment, premium dining and bar lounge areas, so you’ll find most passengers gravitating to this part of the ship in the evening. Dining experience in the ship’s main dining room, Latitude 53, could feel a little conveyer-belt with long waits at peak times, but service is swift and the menu didn’t disappoint. New-to-the-line Mexican eatery Abuela’s scored high for their dinner offering (though someone should tell them chorizo and churros are Spanish). Another big step forward is in the ship’s increased selection of meat-free dishes, totalling several dozen in all, as well as plenty of plant-based alternatives to keep veggies and vegans happy.
The Pool Deck, featuring the ship's only swimming pool, is the busiest area during the day. Users can also glean more information about the ship's facilities, including destination services, the medical centre and shops, though details are only cursory -- mainly giving just a brief explanation and, where appropriate, opening times.
